*We do not do long term service contracts. The client or LPS Detailed Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason.
*While we do not do service contracts, we do have our clients sign a payment agreement that clearly states our cancellation policy, late fees and payment requirements, terms and conditions.
*Payment is due by the end of service.
*Each home or business is required to have electricity and running water at the time of the cleaning. If there is no electricity or water the day of your cleaning, you will be charged 100% of your cleaning fee for that day.
*Cancellation policy for all scheduled cleanings is as follows: If you’re going to need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we need notice 48hrs in advance. Cancellations within 24hrs, for weather or any other reason you will be charged 50% of your cleaning fee. While we understand things happen like illness, emergencies etc. if you forget about your cleaning, or you know you’re going to need to cancel and forget to let us know, you will be charged a 50% fee, we do need this notice to fill your spot. If you need to cancel an appointment, please be aware, $50 will be added to each week that passes beyond your original cleaning date. For example, if your original cleaning date is June 4th and you cancel, and next cleaning date is 2 weeks later, there will be an additional $100 added to your next cleaning fee. The longer you delay the cleaning it will require more time, product and effort.
*Late Fees: Each day that payment is made late, there is a $10 fee (per day) added onto the original invoice.
*Lockout Fee: If we are unable to enter your home or business the day of your scheduled cleaning, you will be charged 100% of your cleaning fee for that day.
*Inclement Weather Policy: We do require that a path is cleared and safe for us to enter the property in the event of inclement weather. There also must be somewhere for us to park, or we will not be able to conduct our cleaning that day, and you will be charged 100% of your cleaning fee. If there are significant snow accumulations, we will reach out to you to reschedule your cleaning.
*Summer Weather Policy: required that the property temperature does not exceed 72 degrees during the summer months This measure is in place to ensure physical safety and prevent overheating or heat stroke. While temperatures between 75-80 degrees may not initially feel extreme when stationary, they can pose a risk to physical well-being once movement occurs. We are happy to return your AC to the original temperature when the cleaning is completed.
*Nonpayment: Refusal to pay for your cleaning service or any fees you have accumulated due to late payment, cancellation or lock out fee, will result in any future cleanings being immediately suspended. Continual refusal to pay overdue balances will result in theft of service charges being filed against you for the full amount owed plus any late fees, court fees, income loss, and lawyer fees will also be applied. We may also put a lien on any property you may own.
